Machine Tool Marketing, Inc. (MTM) was founded in 1980 by Lawrence (Larry) Toering, who has been involved in the manufacturing industry since 1956. Larry is a graduate of Dunwoody Industrial Institute in Minneapolis, MN with a degree in Mechanical Drafting and a business degree from the University of Minnesota. After graduation Larry worked for Control Data Corporation in drafting and machine design, Onan Corporation in tool design and manufacturing engineering and with New Britain Machine Company in sales of high-production machine tools. In 1993, Karla and Keith George joined Machine Tool Marketing. Karla graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1988 with a degree in Communications. She became President of MTM in 1998. Keith George is MTM’s Sales Manager. He has been involved in the machine tool industry for over 20 years, starting his career at Coleman Outdoor Products in Wichita, Kansas. |
